Best ticketing system ever made, free and easy

The best part of this product it's FREE!! Free to use for small companies or individuals (if you want) This solution solves all your ticket management issues by providing an excellent way to manage tickets in one place without having multiple systems/tools! And we like also have integrated chat which really helps when handling complicated situations with customers. Nothing at all so far but I hope they continue adding new features as well because right now there isn't much functionalities…

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Very helpful tool when dealing with customer issues

I like that it's easy to use and it can be accessed via mobile devices.The app is very intuitive and it offers a lot of features and tools that help users get the most out of the service. I also like that it offers a very broad range of support methods, such as chat, phone, email, ticketing, etc. I don't like that the support it offers is too limited. I would like it to have more tools. If you're looking for a help desk software that can be accessed via mobile devices, I would recommend Abhisi.
