Removing the wheel lock did not help.

I think these connectors are fine. If you use them as intended. I bought these to try and remove the wheel locks on a car I bought and didn't have a key to lock the wheels. Didn't work for me for this purpose.

The idea is great, but the execution is not that good.

This will probably work well for OEM wheels but definitely not for aftermarket wheels that have a thinner and smaller mounting nut. Unfortunately this tool didn't fit at all and I had to try another brand.

Sturdy sockets but didn't work for me

I bought these to try and get the grommets off my car when one of the mechanics tightened them so tight the key broke. I ordered a new key and it broke too. So it's time to remove those bars. I ordered this kit and the sockets survived the impact but unfortunately I couldn't get them to bite off the edge to take them off. However, this was enough to shave the edges of the nut. Some may be luckier than me, but they couldn't help me in my situation.
