This brass incense burner is quite heavy and surprisingly well made for its low price. I have used it many times and am very happy with this purchase.

I was very happy about this because I love prickly sage. It helps me to walk around the house with the sage and allow it to burn and spread its scent. However, this product was weak. That was before I even used it twice when the charcoal fell and burned my newly laid carpet. So disappointed

I bought 2 of these for my grandchildren and in less than an hour the ring holding the chain came loose on both and they weren't gross in order to. The metal ring is extremely thin, you should try to find stronger rings for chains. The censer itself seems strong, and the chains seem fine.

This brass hanging incense burner does not work properly and will only become a dust collector in your home. To Seller: Good advice, maybe poke a few holes in the bottom to let the airflow keep the charcoal burning. sorry i'm just being honest

Have 2; 1 was a gift. The product was well priced; Arrived quickly and is a cute low quality item. Both lights had a broken chain when they were first fitted and we had a very easy time with that. No instructions available, but I know about such things. They sit well on the counter and meet the basic requirements. I would not buy again.

Like most people, rings and chains fall off easily, almost immediately, but I bought this knowing it would stand on a shelf, not hang. The pattern and shape of the holes are different from the pictures in the picture, they look like stars, but what I got are pluses. The holes are not as scattered as shown in the product image, I have 3 pluses in a cluster every inch. The base can get hot/hot depending on how much/big incense is in it.

After a slight pull on the attached chain, it fell apart. This is just a minor annoyance at best and at worst it can start a fire in the house if you decide to wear the thing on a chain and it will break and spill hot coals on the carpet. The whole device conducts heat well, so I recommend placing it on ceramic tiles or something else with insulating properties to avoid risking burning the wood underneath.
