I tried three calibers before finally being satisfied with this one. The first was a typical manual type replacing a similar one that had lasted for years. I like this meter for several reasons. 1) When you measure pressure, the gauge will hold the reading until you press the small button on top of the gauge and release the pressure. . It might not seem like such a big deal, but it's a really handy feature. I bought my first Accu-Gauge about thirty years ago. It is a solid piece of beautifully crafted brass. Age-related craquelure on the front of the device.
