Description of 🚗 Accu-Gage Straight-Angle Tire Pressure Gauge - 60 PSI Range

DURABLE: Unlike piston-plunger-type gauges, this gauge is designed for heavy-duty use. The bourdon tube movement is not affected by changes in temperature, humidity, altitude or air stream contaminants. Plus, with NO BATTERIES REQUIRED, this analog tire tool is flexible to fit all your terrain, temperature, and vehicle needs. FLEXIBILITY: With a straight air chuck and durable braided hose, you're assured a great seal with no air leakage and the flexibility to reach awkward tire valves on cars, trucks, and motorcycles. ANSI CERTIFIED: This heavy duty tire gauge is calibrated to ANSI Commercial Grade B gauges and meets ANSI B40.1 Grade B specifications to ensure a rapid and accurate reading. A mechanical gauge design retains the PSI reading after removing it from the tire, making it the perfect, easy-to-use gauge for hard-to-reach tires. A SAFETY INVESTMENT: Maintaining proper tire pressures improves handling for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and more, and reduces the risk of tire failure across terrains, extending the life of your tires. Reduce wear and tear with a heavy-duty, all-purpose tire tool that lasts. DUAL FUNCTION: Not only does this tire pressure gauge provide quick, accurate readings — it's also equipped with a deflator valve and outfitted to release extra air from your tires for precise tire pressure adjustment.

I liked it while it worked

I liked it while it worked. I bought a new set of tires for the new year and my TPMS light went out every time I hit the road. I chose one of these sensors as I find that they are much more convenient and easy to use than other sensors. About a year later, after removing the tire valve, it stopped holding a reading. I was disappointed so looked at other brands but am now returning another brand and am considering ordering another Accu-Gage because the other brand was too bulky and awkward to…

Finally a meter that works!

I tried three calibers before finally being satisfied with this one. The first was a typical manual type replacing a similar one that had lasted for years. Obviously they don't make them like they used to because it was close to 20 pounds (!) or 10 pounds depending on your mood. And with a good filling. For the second round I tried a slightly more expensive, solid reversible pin gauge, made of metal with a tilted head and two plugs. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't seal anything well…

Love this tire sensor sensor

After my electronic sensor failed I looked for a replacement on the Revain website and came across this one which had good reviews. Bought it, used it and wondered why I didn't buy a sensor like this a few years ago (probably the price). This gauge is much easier to use than the pencil or electronic gauges which need to be held at an angle to use and they don't do a good job of letting you dial in your desired tire pressure. The rectangular design of this pressure gauge mounts easily on the…

Easy to use and accurate scale

After wearing out the batteries and losing a few small digital gauges and suffering from an inaccurate pencil scale I tried this along with another dial indicator, a larger digital gauge and a better quality pencil gauge . While the Accu-gage Tire Pressure Gauge - 60 psi right angle range is slightly larger than the alternatives, it was the easiest to use and just as accurate as the best of the bunch. This means: 1) Easy connection to the valve as it runs straight (some digital and most pencil…

Perfect for weekend autocross

When I first started autocrossing I used a cheap gauge and quickly became embarrassed when I realized I was probably one of the few people who checked the safety of their tires on a gauge exposed, which is the case in most cases, is not very accurate. I started borrowing sensors like this from other autocrossers and knew immediately I needed one when I saw how easy it was to not only read the value, but also to vent the excess air. When I read the reviews for this gauge, I was immediately…

  • Quick Guide

I've been trying for years to find a really reliable, accurate and easy to use tire gauge for basic car use. I've tried various digital, manual, inexpensive, and ridiculously expensive sensors, many of which just didn't work properly, died of battery at the worst possible moment, or just weren't accurate. I read a lot of reviews about Revain and decided on this really great product. Amazing design, flexible hose that rotates 360 degrees, allowing you to see from different positions during use…

Easy to use. But don't forget the rubber pressure gauge cover!

I like this meter for several reasons. 1) When you measure pressure, the gauge will hold the reading until you press the small button on top of the gauge and release the pressure. . It might not seem like such a big deal, but it's a really handy feature. I consider it a "must have" for any gauge I use. 2) The flexible hose greatly simplifies the connection to the tire valve. 3) The end of the hose that presses against the tire valve is STRAIGHT. This makes it easier to get accurate readings…

Precision tire gauge that tells time

I bought my first Accu-Gauge about thirty years ago. It is a solid piece of beautifully crafted brass. Age-related craquelure on the front of the device. The words "Precision Tire Gauge" are painted on the black surface of the dial; "Accu-Gauge" overlaid on "M"; "Made in the USA" and small numbers "1025". I never thought about it for many years, I just used it. It recently stopped holding air pressure after I disconnected it from the valve stem. It still measures tire pressure, it just doesn't…
