Great product that exceeded my expectations!

I used these drawer slides to replace the 30 year old slides on the table my dad made for me. They are very well constructed and easy to install for those who are comfortable with tools. I particularly like the fact that they don't have a mechanical trigger. The pure friction approach is far easier to use than any mechanical system I've ever looked into. Thanks to the ball bearing mechanism, they open and close gently. I love her!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Quick Guide

I managed to replace my very squeaky (think nails on the board) and sturdy drawer slide with this slim and silent drawer slide using just a couple of screwdrivers and a hammer to pry out my old one. To be honest I was confused by the guide (maybe my lack of knowledge of terminology?) but I managed to piece everything together the way my old guide looked and now it works like a charm!

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

DO NOT BUY hardware

This product is complete junk. The instructions don't even say how to screw a screw into the cabinet rail at the front edge. If you don't add a screw at this point, the rail will come all the way out of the rear bracket when the hood is pulled out. You also won't be able to fully seat the drawer unless you replace the above screw and the screw at the front end of the drawer with a pan head screw. The included pan head screws interlock when you squeeze the handle and prevent it from closing…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Many things

Used for small 15" kitchen drawers that I made to replace a broken 32" drawer. Works great although the weight of the cutlery tray in drawers on rails is better if the tray is placed at the back of the drawer. Before putting the box back in, put some silicone grease on the rails to make sure the ball bearings are smooth and it works great. Overall it's pretty easy to install if you have good carpentry skills. I didn't have any special tools and was able to do it myself with creative solutions…

Pros
  • Material Steel and zinc plated
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Ideal for a 1960's kitchen

My house was built in the 60's and the kitchen doesn't seem to have been updated since so all the drawers use an old metal slide with no more than a metal pin to guide the drawer and they squeak horribly when opening or closing. I got this to try and replace an old existing "slide" drawer and it was the only one I found that extended up to 2 feet. These slides proved to be an extremely easy replacement for my existing drawer slides, the only issue was that the screw pointing to the back of the…
