Can not be deleted.

I installed this on my ls3 3 months ago. Fit perfectly and work perfectly. However, I had to disassemble it to replace the oil pump. I have all the necessary tools to remove the pulley. I used a pulley removal tool made for a GM power steering and grabbed the metal flange next to the shaft. He didn't move. The pulley is frozen in place. There was no sign of corrosion but the next day I tried liquid wrench, heat, impact and other methods to loosen the pulley but nothing worked. Finally, theโ€ฆ

A plastic roller that didn't fit very well.

I tried installing this pulley with the right tool and it went 90%, stopped and wouldn't move, stayed 3/16". I uninstalled it and checked everything and found no problems. I cleaned the inner pulley hub and pump shaft and tried again. Same results. Disassembled and cleaned the pump shaft with fine sandpaper to ensure there are no hidden burrs. I tried again with the same unsuccessful results. Disassembled and accidentally dropped the pulley. He fell a few inches and hit the crossbar of the carโ€ฆ
