I installed this on my ls3 3 months ago. Fit perfectly and work perfectly. However, I had to disassemble it to replace the oil pump. I have all the necessary tools to remove the pulley. I used a pulley removal tool made for a GM power steering and grabbed the metal flange next to the shaft. He didn't move. The pulley is frozen in place. I tried installing this pulley with the right tool and it went 90%, stopped and wouldn't move, stayed 3/16". I uninstalled it and checked everything and found no problems.
