Identical to the original Motorcraft alternator which lasted 19 years. I hope this one lasts just as long. Included are photos of instructions that look like a facsimile of the 80's Xerox 70's.

Bought "new" with 2 year warranty --- died after 31 months --- made in China as expected. The original Ford alternator lasted 17 years and covered over 200,000 miles. Definitely money spent! invoice

Very quiet compared to my old motorcraft generator. Would give 5 stars but Made in China. hope it lasts Had I known this before ordering, I could have ordered a Revain rebuild kit with bearings, regulator and brushes for $18. I restored my old one and took it as a replacement. Good thing there is no main charger.

See photos, this is not a genuine AC Delco part. Made in China for AC Delco, who knows. Yes it will fit, 9 strand belt 130 amps. I think it should be pointed out to Revain that this is not actually a Delco made part minus one star. Made in China, minus one star. Overpriced for a normal Chinese part, minus one star. You can probably buy the same generator for a price from an unknown supplier. Time will tell how long this lasts!

I am writing this review as someone who had this generator installed just minutes before posting. Fit and finish are ok, apart from the age I can't tell it apart from my old motorboat. As for the price, I got it from stock so it was well under the regular price. I probably wouldn't pay the regular price since it's made in China. You can fix your own for pennies on the dollar, or a real Motorcraft spring for not much more. However, I wasn't in the mood to do a restoration and I didn't want to…
