🔧 ACDelco Professional Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly 38195 incl. Pulley Review

What can I say, this is a factory part. Works great and exactly as it should. I first bought from a local parts store and they sent me the wrong part. Luckily Amazon was able to get me the part I needed.

Bolts directly onto my 2000 400hp Camaro ls1. Haven't measured it or anything, just zipped it up and no problems so far. It's probably Chinese Ac Delco level, but it's pretty basic and seems halfway decent. I recommend!

I wanted to make sure everything was new and fit correctly, it fits perfectly. I changed the styles of the water pumps so I had to change that too. It's well built and uses a two-bolt style instead of the three-bolt style you get with a truck-style tensioner.

Installed in my LS 5.3 paging handler project. I used a 2013 Camero water pump to release and this tensioner fits perfectly. I also used some 3/4" ICT spacers to compensate for the difference between the truck pulley drive and the Camero pulley drive. Also this tensioner worked great and got everything back in line as it should fit.
