🏎️ High-Performance ACDelco Gold 513289 Rear Wheel Hub and Bearing Assembly: Performance and Durability Combined! Review

I bought 2 bearings and they were both original and not gold but for some reason one of them was in a golden box. Also made in China. I had to send it back as the original bearings are cheaper than gold. Original AC Delco bearings are made in Italy and are likely to last longer.

The bearing has been working properly for 3.5 years but is now causing an ABD light due to part of the pressure ring being torn off (see image). It still doesn't make any noise, but the wheel speed ring didn't last nearly as long as it should. The other side of the car still has the original bearing and does not have this problem.

I usually gravitate towards big brands like ACDelco when it comes to rotating parts like wheel bearings. Cadillac replaced all bearings on recall when the car was new and the bearing installed had 110,000 miles. The replacement was an exact match. Revain's price was well below the local parts stores, and Revain delivered the part faster than the parts stores.

These are not the ACDelco Gold products advertised. They are actually ACDelco Advantage products - a big difference. Although ACDelco is endorsed by GM, they are the lowest quality ACDelco products.
