Happy with purchase

Shock absorbers raised the rear of the truck slightly and would not sag under load. The springs feel a bit flimsy, but they work very well.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not happy with everything

Powerful, well made. Good for parts

Installed on my 1999 Escalade, looks like the rear end has been raised a bit giving it a firmer feel compared to the old blown shocks.

  • Good thing

2005 express2500 rear shock absorber

When towing a caravan with a car, there was rear axle deflection, but after replacing with this caravan, towing improved.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Excellent quality and price. Highly recommended!

They fit perfectly and are easy to install once you find you can move the spring towards the mounting screws. They increased the ground clearance of our 96 Suburb and added stability and capacity. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Nice to use

Improved Driveability - Shocks

These were installed on a 1999 K2500 Suburban. Note: Top screws require a 13mm head. Connect the lower axle with a 21mm socket or wrench. The spring assembly is wider than the shock I removed, so I had to fight that with a long 12-inch extension. Another thing is if you have never done this before the top link bolts go through the clip on the car frame. It will try to surprise when you try to line up the pothole with the clamp hole. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward.

Pros
  • One Year Trial
Cons
  • Available in White Only

Good quality shock absorbers

Fitted on a 2000 Chevy 1500 Express van. The ground clearance when loading the van and the stability of the van when transporting heavy loads has been slightly increased. The transporter is more stable on all road surfaces and at all speeds. I will report on the durability. Update 06/26/19: Still works! My van is still better than standard, more stable at any speed and on any surface. The little lift is still there even though I carry over 1000 pounds a day. These dampers are still doing their…
