Description of ACDelco 6K916A Professional V Ribbed Serpentine

Made with temperature and crack resistant EPDM rubber for a long life and quiet, dependable performance. Is the belt of choice by professional technicians, lasting 50% to 60% longer than retail belts (low priced belts sold at car part stores). Its precision dimension control of rib profile transmits load efficiently throughout the accessory belt drive systems (ABDS) allowing components to operate at optimum levels. Able to operate and accept misalignment in the accessory belt drive systems (ABDS) far greater than other serpentine belts. Its flexible construction allows the belt to withstand billions of topside and backside bends resulting in a long belt life.

Um, no problem. best spare parts

Easy replacement. The factory aramid belt still has a lifespan (placed in the trunk as a spare) of 55,000 miles. You don't have to worry about that either.

  • Belts, hoses and pulleys
Cons
  • Doubt

Used on 2007 Colorado 3.7

Had to replace original belt after 12 years and 104,000 miles. Made a bum while I was there (I prefer the Hastings brand). Works perfectly, you can't beat Revain prices.

Pros
  • Belt
Cons
  • Upgrades

Perfect Fit for 2009 Chevy Colorado 3.7L

Perfect Fit and Reasonable Price. I'd rather stick with the OEM brand and pay a little more than buy a cheap aftermarket belt that wears out much quicker than this one.

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
Cons
  • No Instructions

ITS EXPENSIVE BUT WELL MADE

For some reason these AC Delco belts are expensive. You can buy a similar belt for $18 but this one costs $36. I don't know why but they last a long time. There doesn't seem to be any overstretching.

Pros
  • Serpentine
Cons
  • Not bad

Fits 2005 GMC Canyon (3.5L I5 A/C 4x4)

Easy enough to replace your old belt with this one. Fits perfectly, belt squeak eliminated. It's a little tricky to get the belt through all the pulleys properly, but I did it in under an hour.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Empty
