These cables appear to be well made but I had an issue with some of them, they wouldn't snap or not snap onto the spark plug tips. My car had a metal heat shield with a spring and I had to remove the spring on one because the trunk end kept popping off the connector. I used to have an Autolite set and they didn't have this problem.

This is one of those items worth buying NEW OEM parts for. Cheap plugs always seem to annoy people when tuning or replacing an engine. I used this on the 6.0L LQ4 truck engine used in my 1972 Nova. This was the longer length needed for the old round truck rolls with radiators.

I just installed these leads along with new spark plugs on my 2006 Chevy Silverado 5.3L and they fit perfectly. I used Delphi round coils in my truck, which I found out after doing some research with these wires. Just don't forget to apply dielectric grease to the dust bags before installation. I had to resort to simply pulling the original wires past the heat shields with long pliers and needles because otherwise it would be such a PITA to pull the old ones out. Rely on these OEM cables.

If you research LS engines and their ignition systems, you will find a fairly consistent consensus that using genuine stock, slightly or even heavily modified engines is more than adequate, reliable and consistent.
