Enhance Engine Performance with ACDelco Professional 9748GG Spark Plug Wire Set Review

I ordered these for my 2000 GMC Sierra 5.3L 4X4. It has a 2nd generation coil design (with heatsinks on top). They came with a small packet of dielectric grease, but the old wires had their heat shields replaced with new ones. the truck has grown quite a bit, they got rid of some of the radio whining. These are high quality wires but don't accept Revain's 'THIS IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE' comment until you've done your homework or you end up sending them back. Revain's "THIS FITS YOUR VEHICLE" tool overlooks the difference between ACDelco 9748GG (for coils marked 19005218) and ACDelco 9748HH (for coils marked 12558693) - the latter has a longer wire of 1" to 1 1/2" between the caps. I did a little research before buying them because there were 2 types of cables for my 04 Silverado truck. My truck had round coils so I needed 9748GG instead of 9748HH which is for square coils. I bought these spark plug wires for my 2001 Silverado which I first replaced the spark plugs and wires after 230,000 miles have replaced. I also bought new platinum dual tip spark plugs from Revain.
