The part I received was not in the factory sealed box and the package was not included. Read the ad carefully, the buyer is alert. This part is shipped in new condition in a sealed bag. Some Revain sellers are misleading in their listings. Buyer Warning.

I ordered this to replace a faulty fuel pump relay at my son's 2005 Grand Prix and it worked great. Nothing replaces quality AC Delco parts. Whenever possible, I try not to use cheap spare parts. Specially for anything electronic or electrical.

As a consumer, I cannot return electronic products for obvious reasons of possible damage that I cannot see. However, this seller may sell a previously installed relay as new. The ad doesn't mention that I bought a previously installed relay. Just because you're sending me the objection that it's a "takeaway" from a power distribution center makes it new as it is, misleading at best. Attention buyers, cheap does not mean really new.

This relay was purchased as a precaution when troubleshooting my AC compressor (Cadillac Escalade 6.0L 2005). I eventually replaced it. But I found the real problem. It's not a relay, but I couldn't resist a product made in Japan. This relay is not made in the USA. Not that I can find it. Some AC Delco parts are on the box. "Made in the USA". But on the inside is a stamp from another country. <-FYI only. At least I knew where this relay was made.

Bought this first from S1Autoparts and found it was made in China with a different part number: (Reordered direct from Revain and got exactly what is pictured! Works great and just like the picture made in Japan .Be careful when ordering.I could try the one from S1Auto just for a giggle but I'm not happy with the Chinese crap!In the photos you can easily see the difference in the transport packaging.
