ACDelco D6066 Original Equipment Switch Review

I had an issue where the lampwork broke. The light is on and doesn't go out. I had to flash. Anyway, this switch nailed it! The easiest way to install it is to remove the dashboard bezel, which is very easy. After that, you have full access to the switch to remove it and insert a new one. No tools required.

excellent! Installed on a 1995 GMC Sierra K1500 - ACDelco D6066 All dome lights, dome lights (in the cab) and lights in the trunk (white bulbs in the 3rd brake light) now work. Tip: Make sure you select the correct switch (white or black), both are different lengths and the pin/trigger on the ACDelco D6066 is longer. ACDelco D6066 is a longer switch and it is (white). These door switches were installed on a 1990 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup truck. Accessing the OEM switches wasn't as easy as it was on a newer mid-'90s Chevy pickup truck. The new replacement switches proved to be better quality than the door switches I removed, the length of the switch actuator was longer, and there was additional material at the base of the switch to hold the switch in place. OEM switches were replaced due to intermittent operation causing battery drain.

REPLACE IT ON DRIVER'S SIDE OF 2000 ESCALADE. OLD LOOKING GOOD BUT AS CHEAP IT WAS AID, I REPLACED IT AND SEE IF IT FIXED MY PROBLEMS OF NO LIGHTING AND RANDOM ALARM MOUSE. WANTED TO PULL THE OLD OUT AND IT ONLY FEEL ON THE SECTION YOU CAN GRAB IT. ALL BROKEN PARTS AND WIRE HARNESS PREPARED FOR NEW SENSOR. I PLUGGED IT IN AND THE LIGHT STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY. IT TAKES NO MORE THAN 30 SECONDS TO SWITCH OLD AND NEW. HAPPY WITH THE REPAIR AND AS ALWAYS AMAZON GET IT HERE ASAP.
