Not like before.

GM changed the design. This is not like the old American Parker Haniffin coalescing filter. Recommend searching for old stock or contact Parker directly to purchase. Racor PFF50216 This is not the fault of Amazon or the supplier. I bought them from 3 different places including Amazonm with the same blue design. This is a design change. New blue old white boxes.

Revised tp3018 - Trash

Pretty messy revamp by ACDelco and shouldn't be called TP3018. Single stage with no coalescing filter unlike the previous white version. Came filters original GM. Called the GM parts dept around town and they confirmed it was a new filter. Posted images of new and old style respectively. Looks like I'll find another filter for my lmm Duramax. The new GM number is 19420323. The old GM number is 12664429.

Good Aftermarket Filter

This is the best filter for your factory dmax fuel system. The aftermarket filter is tighter, but you shouldn't use it for a long time, maybe an oil change. Most people do 2-3 oil changes. You don't want to starve that cp4 pump. I use filter magazines on my petrol filter, there is definitely iron in the diesel fuel from the station pump and production, I had black iron on the filter walls after cutting with a filter cutter. Coarse filter outside, very dense micron filter inside. Outside dirty…

Leaks, different thread. Garbage!

Quite disappointed with the new TP3012 replacement. I've been using these filters on my Duramax for several years. 1. Problem, the top seal was deformed and didn't fit properly. After struggling with it, I let it stay in the filter. 2nd problem, the thread or something was different and this filter could not be screwed on. After a long struggle I finally managed to do it. 3rd issue as several people here have reported it not seating properly and leaking diesel. And yes, it was tight. If you're…

Delco Diesel Fuel Filter

The filter was "white" and after the o-ring was put on it didn't fully tighten, fuel flows, keeps trying to tighten, it just spins like it was ripped off? Then I couldn't remove it and had to remove the whole pump to try to remove the filter and finally had to damage it to remove the filter? It's like having $70 to throw away. Had the same problem with the second "white" filter, again after fitting the filter onto the pump with the pump off and hand tightening, then turned it 1/4 turn with the…

Please pack it!: Fuel filter

I have bought AC Delco TP3018 fuel filter many times and this is the worst I have ever seen. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought someone could paint the rattles in the backyard and resell them. First, this filter isn't sealed in plastic like it used to be, so who knows what's inside. The paint on the outside is terrible. These are chips with a bad texture. I would say it's a very different filter than what I'm used to. I'm not even sure if it's the right filter. I will most likely

BUYER BEWARE! product change.

I have been a customer of ACDelco fuel filters for many years. I bought Revain filters for my 2006 Chevrolet 6.6 Duramax. Never had a problem. My last purchase was in January 2020. When I received my filters I didn't check the box to make sure they were correct. Although the filter is marked TP3018, its subnumbers differ from older models. Matching filter for my truck is TP3018/12664429. They always worked, were painted white and wrapped in plastic. When I reordered in January, they sent me…
