Perfect crank puller

I think if the larger splined crank cap adapter was magnetized the tool would be much better. So for now I use a plastic bag to hold both parts together. It works fine, I lubricated the internal threads and they are a bit flattened. It appears to be well built and well made, of course time and use will tell.

Don't repeat my mistake!

Great tool! Pretty strong, although it would be better if the other end was suitable for a ratchet. I ended up removing the tool, but because I was using a nozzle adapter that was unnecessary and too big to fit through. The crank hole was only big enough for the bolt to go through on its own, so I wedged it in there without pulling the crank out of the bottom bracket. User error, great tool for the price.

Good enough for home use

I've used this tool about 4 times so it has 8 handles. The steel hex is now slightly damaged and rounded on the edges so the steel could have been harder but still works great. I had no problem threading it into the cranks and it did the job perfectly. I think that's a good value for a man who does a little work on his bike at home from time to time. However, if I were to use a tool like this every day, I'd like to have progressively stronger steel for durability. This tool makes pulling cranks
