I like that it is customizable to fit our needs as an organization with multiple locations! It's easy for employees of different departments across several offices/homes in one area (such has retail) use when checking out at stores or restaurants within their areas they work from home everyday - but not all day long each location can be customized separately which makes this great feature even better!! The software is easy to use once you have the training. The support is great! The support team is always available. I wish there was more training for new users. I think the training is a little outdated, but it is still a great learning tool. I like that Action Card is easy to use and helps me stay organized and on top of my company's processes. I would also like to have easier access to more training resources. I am able to use Action Card to keep up with my company's food safety policies. I
