Not accurate or reliable

These auto scanners disappointed me. I purchased them for automotive work but they were not accurate or reliable. Their readings were consistently off and did not match up with other diagnostic tools i have used..

The product is new and has not been opened and it fits my car perfectly. I used it this morning and it worked great. I would do business with them again. Many Thanks
