You could spend a lot more but I'm not sure you can get much better. It works well (doesn't slip), the graduations are easy to read, and it looks pretty solid. I like using it. If you've used a rotating ruler before, take some time to practice as there's a slight learning curve. For example where to press and how hard, and maybe make a very light line the first time to check your accuracy (rectangle).

I recently started learning freehand calligraphy and heard about rotating rulers. The popular version cost three times as much money, so I decided to try that one first. So glad I did! Meets all my needs! Some people mentioned that it moved slightly, but I didn't notice this issue. I mean it rolls, but no more than how you should press on a regular imo ruler.
