I bought this before any real reviews were out. In short, that's 1400mAh batteries on a good day. They are made in China and marked 3100 mAh. I bought 8 batteries which came in two packs of 4. One pack lasted about a day of the charge "refresh" cycle. Another pack was charged for almost a week, to "full capacity". The charge test of the batteries from the second pack showed 1400mAh, so I figured it might be a quality control issue and tested two more batteries from the first pack. . In total…

As stated by several others these Acuvar batteries are NOT 3100mah batteries. I recently bought a recorder that consumes a lot of batteries and takes more than 1 hour of recording. just. So I put my best performing rechargeable batteries in...or so I thought. I could have used my oldest batteries, which had less capacity.
