Excellent service - first class! Thank you for the email with all the information about the order. Adapters are exactly what I hope for. There are so many different video connections these days. This makes it easy to work with the dual and triple monitors you need to be productive.

They are well made and very cheap. I've tried connecting an Apple TV to an old Apple 23 DVI monitor but I can't sync it and can't see anything on the monitor, but despite my best efforts I couldn't get it to work. It's okay, it was more of an art project that needed something. At least now I know it doesn't work for that.

I recently had to set up several computer workstations so that different family members can work from home. These adapters (and other similar ones) allowed me to use existing/older monitors with more modern docking stands for these dual screen setups. These particular devices worked as advertised and made my life a lot easier.

I had a couple of DVI monitors I wanted to use with Raspberry Pi 2+3 boards for student education and I was thinking of some inexpensive HDMI -Devices DVI adapters would be nice. Yes it works, but the adapters are wide enough to block 1/8" audio outputs from Raspberry Pi boards. The solution for me was to buy a pair of 6 foot adapter cables with an HDMI connector on one end and DVI-D on the other. I still give this product 5 stars because it is a well-made video connectors. The product worked great as advertised. It was convenient to connect my new Ultrabook to the monitor. However, the connection space is limited because the notebook is very thin and small. This meant that the HDMI port was next to the USB port and the adapter was too wide to fit when the USB port was occupied. TL;DR: Does not work with HDMI cable. Make sure you buy the right ones. Standard HDMI cables have two male ends (DUH!) I needed to connect a PC with DIV outputs to an HDMI switcher. But I didn't think it through. I had a few HDMI cables lying around and ordered these - yes - stupid! If you're using a DVI cable and want to convert one end to HDMI, they will do the trick.
