bad quality on computer cable adapters

Worked for about a few weeks and then couldn't connect my macbook to my LG monitor. Also, the image flickered on both my monitor and laptop screen during use. After I started using it, my laptop screen's color also got distorted and looks like it has an infrared filter. Not sure if this is related to the monitor or adapter but will be returning it.

Great product in the DVI to HDMI Adapter category

Love this product! We really enjoyed it. Works with my old smart tv which has no wifi and displays clearly on all types of screens. The small adapter cannot be twisted or bent.

Disappointed with the computer and accessories

Disappointed with the product. They say it connects a laptop, iPad, or Android device, and that's not true. Tried different products, nothing shows up on the screen. Tried on another TV, same thing.

Factories; But it's not a new HDMI standard

When connecting my 144Hz monitor to this adapter, the advertised maximum refresh rate was 120Hz, which is causing artifacts on my display. Newer versions of HDMI are more than capable of handling 1080P at 144Hz, but this adapter just can't do it. This is not a limitation of the USB-C port; I plugged in a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter and the monitor ran at 144Hz. Unfortunately, this adapter does not wake up from sleep/monitor off.

Complete nonsense never again.

This cable almost ruined my $400 monitor. I connected it to my iPad for screen mirroring and it literally burned the image onto the screen. I removed it immediately, luckily it went back to normal, but more and the monitor would be ruined.
