Loved the amount, as other reviewers stated it does have an initial smell that you need to air out and you do need to separate them individually. I didn’t realize these would arrive in a packet and I had to actually undo each petal. For the price I suppose they were pretty decent but thinner and more see through than I expected.

The petals are very pretty. They are not as dark of a purple as I thought they would be. Known the less, they're still pretty.

Great color! They are fuchsia. Be prepared to pull them apart! This is plenty. I used them for my centerpieces, flower girl basket and used layed them out aling each side of ailse runner (75 ft) for my wedding and still had some left over. They do have a strong smell to them. Definitely love these petals! The I rly thing I had to do was separate them one by one and wasn’t to bad, one consuming though. Also has a fishy odor to them so I put the petals in a box and sprayed fabreeze and insert drying sheets and took off the smell right off after a day

The smell is not of fish, rather glue. It smells like glue but i have found that if you air them out in the sun for a bit, the smell goes away. The only downside is that it take a while to separate all 5k of them

The product is good for the price. The look is fairly real and the packaging was ok, only grip was the need to manually separate all these. Overall a good value.

Perfect for the wedding. Yes there is a weird smell and you have to peel them apart individually. But it's cheaper than real rose petals so buy em if you need em and get over the smell. Why you sniffing em anyways lol.

I almost didn't purchase due to the negative reviews. There was no fishy or plastic smell, it took me and another person less than an hour to seperate. The color was just like the picture. They are small but for the price a good value.

The petals show up compressed together which was fine. We separated them but there's an awful smell that will not go away. I've sprayed with Febreze at least 10 times and it comes back. I even tried washing them and the smell is still there. Not worth it for the money spent.

I used it for my wedding. Including these, I used 5,800 petals for the walkway. I loved them. The only issue is separating them. You definitely need help. I had to do over several days because my wrist and thumb got sore. I just used a damp rag to keep my fingers damp to grasp and separate. They also had a smell. Not overwhelming but noticeable. I mixed in some colored petals but since these were so cheap, they made up the bulk of them.

great color, yes you should pull apart to air out but all of them need the same since the manufacturing process is the same.

as others have said, there is a fishy odor to these petals, but, we are using them for an outdoor wedding, so I am not too worried about it. I ordered 20,000 to cover the aisle - hopefully will be enough. They are thin, but, I think they will be sufficient. Just be ready to spend some time separating them, it might be a good time to catch up on some Netflix episodes! Quick ship.

The rose pedals are beautiful but they literally smell like a fish market. I had to ventilate the odor outside because they smelled so horrible and I don’t want my wedding smelling like a fish market.

Was hesitant with all the bad review but it actually didn't smell. While you do have to pull them apart by hand, I don't know what else you would be expecting and I did all 5000 alone in less than 30 minutes, it's really not bad at all.

They were great! A little tedious to pull them apart but definitely worth it. No bad smell. They were fragrant but not overbearing.
