Very pretty and stable trellis

I ordered this a couple weeks ago, but after reading instructions I thought it would be easier to wait until my daughter was visiting, because this looked like a two-person job. The two of us got the trellis together and grounded in about 15-20 minutes; it's not difficult, just a bit awkward. Because of the previous comments about the screws rusting, I sprayed them with black Rustoleum as a precaution prior to assembly. I really like this trellis, it's lovely. Not sure why some have been upset…

Pros
  • I love it
Cons
  • Assembly instructions may be difficult to follow

Handsome, solid garden enhancement.

This garden arch is easy to assemble - it took me no more than half an hour to put it together. The ground spikes went easily into my very rocky soil, and the mounted arch is sturdy and steady. I have started training rambler roses over it, and it provides a nice support for some Christmas lights this winter. The iron has a greenish finish, not too ostentatious, but enough to add some nuance to the metal. All in all. I'm very glad I bought this!

Pros
  • LIKES THE COPPER COLOR; EASY TO ASSEMBLE; ADDS A LOT TO OUR GARDEN
Cons
  • The arch may not be sturdy enough to withstand heavy winds

Sturdy, Attractive Arbor

This arbor was very easy to assemble. I was quite satisfied with the sturdiness of it. The side detailing is more attractive than I had expected (I didn't pay attention to the details from the pictures online before purchasing) and it's almost a shame that I will have a vine covering that detailing!I purchased the corresponding bench for this arbor and assembled them together. It looks really great and I would highly recommend this arbor and bench combination. Even without the bench the arbor…

Pros
  • Climbing roses
Cons
  • If you’re expecting wrought iron strength don’t buy this product.

for the price it is ok

I looked at a lot of arches that had gates. Without the gate this arch is very unstable. With the gate it is ok. It is definitely not a high quality item, but it is also very inexpensive compared to other gates I looked into. You get what you pay for. It serves its purpose as I am just looking to keep my neighbors dog out of my yard with out spending a fortune. I don't know how it will hold up as I just built it, I can say the directions were lacking. It was very confusing to build if one…

Pros
  • Nice finish
Cons
  • The product may require frequent maintenance to prevent rust

Missing parts: my feedback

Several missing parts. Contacted Revain, but they were unable to replace the missing parts. It would’ve required me to box up this whole behemoth to send back. Not worth it. We chose to go to Home Depot and attempt to re-create the parts that were missing.Product is not particularly stable, the thin metal bends easily. While Revain customer service was wonderful, I do not recommend the product for long-term stability.

Pros
  • Looks really good. Has many opportunities for climbing plants to attach to. Very pleased.
Cons
  • The verdigris finish may fade over time

Looks nice. Easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble. Pretty lightweight. I fastened down with some fishing line and bricks to add a little subtle weight to the bottom. Looks nice.

Pros
  • Can be customized with additional garden decor or accessories
Cons
  • The design may be too ornate for some consumers

More than happy best in my review

Before purchasing the arbor, I had read all the reviews on this item. Therefore, there were no surprises. The green color would not have been my first choice, however it gives an aged look. The assembly was fairly easy. I have a wisteria on each side and within weeks of planting them they have already starting growing up the side. Very pleased with this item.

Pros
  • Perfect for adding height and visual interest to flat outdoor spaces
Cons
  • The verdigris finish may be difficult to match with other garden accessories

Seems like a lot of money for a cheap, mediocre arch.

I found assembly pretty easy. I did order stainless screws, washers and locknuts to replace the junk that was supplied. One night of rain and the original fasteners were rusty. The welds are just small tacks leaving the ends of the square tubing exposed and immediately rusted after a light rain. Guess I'll have to paint it with Rust-Oleum before I put it in it's permanent location. Seems like a lot of money for a cheap, mediocre arch.

Pros
  • Creates an inviting environment for guests and visitors
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for all soil types

Love, love, love! in my review

We bought 4 of these last spring and absolutely LOVE them! We did attach one side to our house with extra pieces we bought to secure them but they fit great over our sidewalk! Then we put a 12 inch pot of clematis in between the sidewalk and the outer side of the arch! Didn't get the clematis planted until July so it's not very big in the photo but the arches look beautiful! Just love them!

Pros
  • Green, painted finish
Cons
  • The design may attract unwanted pests

Gardman yard arch on my review.

While researching this item. The Gardman Company, not amazon, stated that this arch was made in USA. Actually on the box it states made in China. The arch is very nice and easy to build, but it would have been better had I known this was not made in the states. I would have looked for a different one. I might just repaint it.

Pros
  • Easy to install with simple instructions included
Cons
  • The arch may be too delicate for rough gardening practices

Looks great, unique arch.

This was one of the easiest items to put together. I did it myself in very little time. I thought it was black, so I had to spray paint it black to match my fence, but it was easy enough and it looks great. I would say worth the cost.

Pros
  • Provides an attractive archway for climbing plants and adds a stunning feature to any garden
Cons
  • The arch may be difficult to move once installed

Perfect for my location

Easy to assemble. I used the assembled top, curved piece to mark the locations of the ground stakes and installed them first. Then the sides and then the top. I used a level on top of a straight board to assure that the stakes were in the ground at equal height.Knowing that metal rusts, particularly in Florida, I sprayed all the joints with clear satin Rustoleum, and sprayed WD-40 into the bag of nuts and bolts.A Bignonia vine will grow up the left side of this arbor. It did take Revain the 3rd…

Pros
  • Patio, Lawn & Garden
Cons
  • The product may be easily damaged in transport

Easy to install: my feedback

It took about an hr and a half from assembly to leveling up my ground to hold this arbor, and the only reason it did is because I had one on e before that broke , because it wasn't secured properly to the ground. So I took a metal spike and made a small hole before driving the ground spikes in the ground, also drove tent stakes in the center with black electrical straps going around bottom frame to ensure sturdiness , so far so good !

Pros
  • Coated with a protective finish for easy cleaning and maintenance
Cons
  • The verdigris finish may attract unnecessary attention from neighbors or passersby

It looks nice, seems to be sturdy enough for our occasional .

We bought this to fill a spot where a tree had died. It looks nice, seems to be sturdy enough for our occasional high winds and I'm sure it will look great once the vines fill out. All in all it's a nice Arch and the price was perfect.

Pros
  • Adds a vintage-inspired touch to modern garden design
Cons
  • The product may take up too much space in smaller gardens

Destroyed package and was covered in paint.

The box looked like it went through a tornado to begin with. After taking an extra piece of cardboard off it became clear it was covered a sever paint spill. After opening the package the product itself had paint on it as well.

Pros
  • Not as sturdy as expected, but ok for my purpose. Pretty!
Cons
  • The arch may be too lightweight and slide or tip over

The arch is well made and was easy to assemble

The arch is well made and was easy to assemble. It's now been standing in my garden for about 8 weeks and it looks great. It's everything I hoped for in a garden arch. I'd offer two suggestions for its assembly and placement. As others have noted, the spikes that hold the arch into the ground do not slip easily into the uprights. So once I had assembled the arch, while it was still on its side on the ground I inserted the spikes into the uprights. Then rather than follow the instructions to…

Pros
  • 48 inches wide to span larger areas
Cons
  • The arch may be too narrow for some garden paths

Pretty design, easy to assemble.

I like the style. I put it together myself in about 5 minutes. Getting it placed in the ground took two of us due to the ground spikes falling out when I positioned it. Plus I needed help pushing it into the ground. What I didn't like was I had no tracking information to know if this was really going to arrive. I contacted the company twice and they didn't know if it had shipped but were contacting the mfg warehouse. Never heard back and one arrived on my porch two weeks later. Second one has…

Pros
  • Stands at an impressive 74 inches high for maximum impact
Cons
  • The price point may be too high compared to other garden structures

Attractive Archway on my review.

This item is of good quality and looks very attractive once assembled. The directions were awful so I just threw them out, laid out the parts and put it together using my creative skills.

Pros
  • Ideal for commemorating special occasions, such as anniversaries or birthdays
Cons
  • The product may not be able to withstand damage from wildlife

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So easy to install, a monkey could do it.

Despite arriving in a box that looked like it fell out of the back of the UPS truck going 70mph down the highway, it was in good shape. It was so easy to put together, I didn't bother opening the instructions. Had it together and staked in the ground in 20 minutes. It's a cheap garden arch/trellis, but overall, it's better quality than I expected. Piece of cake to put together and stake into the ground.

Pros
  • Provides a stunning backdrop for outdoor photography sessions
Cons
  • The arch may not be able to support heavier fruits or vegetables

Great for the Garden

I really love my garden arch. It looks very nice. I did not like the color, so I painted it green. I would not say it is real sturdy, but it is still standing.

Pros
  • Provides ample climbing space for plants or flowers
Cons
  • The verdigris finish may react negatively with certain chemicals or fertilizers
