The item came with clear installation instructions, and the adhesive worked well. Unfortunately, the dowel that holds the actual paper towel roll very easily slips out of the casing, making it very difficult to use.

It’s stylish, has a cool mounting system, and the fit and finish is excellent. My only issue is that if you’re not careful, it’s very easy to knock the rod loose and drop the roll. Otherwise, excellent.-Under-cabinet mount only. It is a gravity fit so it will not work at any other mounting angle.

I installed this in my bathroom cabinet, to make cleaning on the go easier. The bathroom get a good amount of warm moisture due to hot showers, but the adhesive seems to be holding up well without any issue. I also have a similar model of this in my kitchen for over a year and it’s still holding up strong. These where a great buy!

I took head to what other reviewers said about it falling off the hooks when yanking the paper. So I installed it with the removal of the roll towards the back. I though that would fix that problem. But it didn't, it would fall off easily when I pulled towels off. So, I fixed it by hooking the bar to the tighter ring on each side. Works great now and doesn't come off unless I take it off.

Really nice cute design. So easy to use and change out your rolls. I just moved into a condo and needed something that saves space. Super strong adhesive that I stuck underneath my cabinet. I installed mine with the bas S curve on the bottom side towards the back. This way when you pull a sheet or two, the bar won’t fall off. Not saying it will, just wanted to make sure. I highly recommend

Packaging was great-Reduced paper consumption, instructions printed on box. Adhesive was easy to install but will have to see how long it will last. Product came with a second adhesive which means it may fail? Currently holding fast and steady with extra large roll of paper towels. Time will tell if the adhesive applied is going to maintain it’s strength and durability. Color matched description and specifications.

Just like other reviews say, the pad they give you to stick this to the cabinet with grips like a champ. Simple, easy to install , looks great, does exactly what it's supposed to and gives me more counter top space

The only thing I dislike and found annoying is that when you go to rip the paper towel if you're a bit heavy-handed it's sometimes lifts the towel bar off the back of the unit and you have to Simply replace it. It would be awesome if they had a way to secure the towel bar once it's placed in there like a folding metal pieces to hold it in. Otherwise great little piece no need for tools. That's a great thing I put it up under my counter.
