Description of 🚲 Adjustable 0-60 Degree Bike Stem: Enhance Performance for Road Bike, Mountain Bike, MTB, BMX (Fits 1.25"/31.8mm Handlebar)

β˜… Please confirm your bike handlebar diameter is 31.8mm (1-1/4") before order!!! Otherwise, the item is not suitable for your bike. β˜… The bike stem is sturdy, well designed and easily adjusted, which is preferable to removing the handlebar stem and exchanging it for one with a different angle. β˜… The installation is easy because the specs were accurately represented. There is a "degree of angle" indicator on the adjacent parts to allow you to set your angel correctly. The stem has a opening that allows you to see where the handle bar is positioned. β˜… This is a pretty nice riser, good adjust-ability. Depending on the thickness of your handlebar, you may need to install a shim. Be sure to use glue on threads if any loosen up. β˜… Use the adjustable stem to achieve a more comfortable riding position, the pain caused by the original setup in shoulders/arms/back had to be corrected. This stem and a riser handlebar did the trick, allow you to sit more upright on bike which is better for your back.

It works!: Sport

I was a bit nervous about changing the stem and bars on my newly rebuilt EMTB, but the pain caused in my shoulders/arms/back by the original setup needed to be addressed will. This stem and riser handlebars did it. I almost didn't get the adjustable one but I'm so glad I did. My setup required a slight angle to get what I needed. After this setup I rode my bike 20 miles and the pain is gone!

Poor Performance - Sport

While this design is really good in concept, the actual performance of this product was very poor for my needs. The pivot joint squeaks and is noisy and has a lot of play. I was able to move the steering wheel even though I had tightened all the bolts. don't buy that. Opt for a 45ft stem instead and get riser bars for more height. Also this piece was scratched and could have been used before it was shipped to me, but could also have been damaged in transit.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • No automatic controls

If you have neck surgery

This product was great, it pushed the handlebars back for a more comfortable straight ride. I had throat surgery about 12 years ago. And I couldn't ride a mountain bike anymore. because of neck problems. But this product raised my arm so I could sit in the seat and keep my neck straight so as not to lean forward and do my best to get to the steering wheel. I recommend this product to anyone with neck surgery who no longer drives, it's great. Thank you God bless you

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • old

Went with this bar based on Revain and other online reviews. Arrived on time with no damage. The rod is well made and very reliable. Looks like a piece of OEM hardware so kudos to those who still get things right. I immediately threw away the instructions and then proceeded to install the stem in reverse (adjacent parts have an "degrees of angle" indicator to help you install your angel correctly). Disassembled and reinstalled correctly with Loctite on all parts. 400 km driven, everything holds

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
