Great quality, made in the USA

Highest quality, made in the USA. These are tools for life. It's better to pay a little more and use the tools for decades than to skimp on inferior foreign-made tools that will eventually fail you.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

The best all-round key I've ever had.

This is the best crescent wrench I have ever had, the accuracy and quality is excellent. I use the tgis key every day, it doesn't move or lose traction with what you're working on.

Pros
  • One year probationary period
Cons
  • Slightly dented

The machine is good but made of mild steel

Well made metal. Good rubber grip. tight movement. But the soft beak shows signs of marinating after some use. I got this because Kline makes good precision tools. This item was well made, just poor quality steel.

Pros
  • So far satisfied
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Save the tool anyway!. (It's a tool, after all)

Incorrect description of Klein's adjustable red jaw. You can clearly see the big difference in the wider jaw of the same description in the blue adjustable handle. Both have an 8" small adjustment.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Almost OK

Wrenches are not made in America

Sorry I can't find an American made product. Klein was one of the last, but that's not a local product either. I will buy this again because it's not made in China but it's one of the best things out there.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Transparency

A good wrench is the best of the adjustable wrenches

Good wrench. A little heavier and bulkier than necessary, but it's a quality item. Tolerances are fairly tight, although with a little effort a company like Klein will be able to eliminate most of the lower jaw play. But the adjustment screw is the smoothest I've ever experienced. I think I could do without the plastic spacer and use a little less weight in the grip, but that's just quibble. The maximum opening of this 10" wrench is 33mm. It is made in Spain.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Hands no longer slip off the handle

Overall, this is a great customization feature. If your job involves oil, the tool's red sleeve makes your grip easier, especially if you're also wearing nitrile gloves. The worm gear is almost ideal. It won't rotate and "realign" on its own, but it has very little friction if you need to adjust it with one hand. The sliding end of the wrench is a bit wobbly, but it's still a lot tighter than most adjustable wrenches.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Modern
