This is an excellent finger splint - it's perfectly designed to stay in place and completely immobilize the injured finger, yet comfortable. When I put it on for the first time, the strip kept sliding up my palm, but I didn't put it on properly. It stays in place very well without zipping at all if you position it correctly. Fits me very well I am a woman with medium to large woman hands. I don't see it working for a person with big hands. I really wish I could give this one five stars, it's actually very well made, it's lightweight neoprene, it has a solid metal splint, but the velcro that goes around the pinky is the cheapest flimsy little velcro I've ever used seen in my life, so here were some problems.
