The instructions aren't great but it's not difficult and works great for the price. The instructions are a little confusing, but I had no trouble figuring it out without them. I've uploaded an instructional video in case anyone needs to figure out how to assemble it or wants to learn how to do it before buying. At the same time it works great, doesn't slip and is MUCH more comfortable on the head than the regular band. I definitely recommend it.

Extremely comfortable, this head strap is on par with the official Elite head strap but at a lower price. It was a little fiddly to attach to the base of the Oculus Quest 2 as it was quite rigid, but it works very well and greatly reduces the pressure of the headset on the nose. The strap looks good at first glance, but once you start tying it you'll see where you've saved to keep costs down. There are three clips on each side of the strap for attaching the strap to the main unit. In what I received all the clips were warped and misaligned. Because of this, it was difficult to assemble the belt. If for some reason you have to take it apart to remove the headband, I have little faith it will survive even a single removal and reassembly. The headgear works well when worn. I bought this to replace the stock head strap as it was putting pressure on my forehead. This works almost perfectly. A screw on the back makes adjustment easy, but the velcro has to be moved if you open it much wider than where you have it for your head. Velcro has a strange texture that touches the head; it does not hurt. It's smooth, but when you sweat it shows wet spots.
