I bought this hole saw to drill 36 4 inch holes for recessed lighting in several rooms of my house. The cutter works great. You just have to be careful to push it slowly into the drywall. They are locked in 1/2 inch increments, but that wasn't a problem for my particular application. The dust cover is very effective at keeping out dust, but is cheaply made (plastic blister packaging) and tears easily (hence the 4 stars). What struck me about this tool is that it is adjustable. I like the idea of being able to cut 4-1/4 holes and 6-1/4 holes for lighting. When I received the tool I was glad I had made a test cut on a piece of drywall before making the final cuts.
