Useless! in Power Drill Parts & Accessories

I kick myself in the butt every time I bust because I want to save some money and buy something made in C_ _ _ _ _ ! Will I ever know that everything that is made there is pure garbage. GARBAGE! I've used an adjustable hole saw in my shop for the last few years but sold it when I retired. I needed a hole saw to cut 12 holes for the lanterns. The product looked like it could go through so many holes but as always I was wrong. It's adjustable in increments, but I had to deviate a bit from the 6 1/4" setting. You can't adjust anything in between as it has "padding" for adjustments. I used it anyway because of the size anyway had to work. The first hole cut fairly easily, but cut a little more than intended at 1/8" making the hole too big for a lightweight rim. The saw slipped on the first hole and the second was a complete mess. more than it should be. In addition to the problem with gliding, "blades". If you can call them that (more like a pair of blade-shaped pieces of metal), they were completely dumb. "Material. I don't think "blades" could cut into melted butter. The last problem was with the "dust bag" which was made of very thin plastic that food is packed in. My old dust bag was made of real hard plastic and is really dusty. It's so thin it's basically unusable. I ended up having to plaster smaller holes and order a "real" hole saw! Maybe this time I'll learn my lesson, Don't buy EVERYTHING MADE IN C_ _ _ _! If you really want to cut (not chew) a hole to a specific size (round, actually) out of ANY material (thicker than paper), don't buy this hole saw!
