Good knee brace design; but the material becomes elastic and soft. It's good, but I've only been using it for a few days. So I don't know how they hold up well over long periods of time. But he did a great job of getting my knee back to normal. So I'm happy with the purchase.

the orthosis worked very well for about a week. Then the velcro on the top strap started to loosen and I had to keep readjusting because the bandage was slipping off. After a month I completely discontinued the bandage as the velcro didn't stick for more than a few minutes. In this case, 1 size did not fit all.

Love the design. Using two straps instead of one piece of material with a knee hole is a big improvement. And gets stuck. For those with Velcro issues, use a tiny metal bristle brush (sometimes used like a cat brush) after washing the strap. It removes the lint particles from the velcro and it works fine again.

I have used this for my arthritic knee but the product does not hold up well around the knee. The company then contacted me, offered a newer, improved product for a free trial, and when that didn't work for me either, they refunded what I paid for. While I may not have liked their product, the courtesy, prompt response, and corrective response trumped everything else. I have dealt with many companies but this was by far the BEST and I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you Shaku

I bought this to get a harness that was a little cooler than solid neoprene and less bulky. It's less bulky and cooler because the back is vented. Double straps are difficult to install. Especially with long pants, it often happens that one or more of the upper or lower straps become loose and I have to stop and adjust them when playing golf or going for a walk. Does what I wanted, offers cooler support but because of the loose straps it's best worn with shorts.

This product and similar products are not recommended for my condition. Persistent overextension of the left knee due to a stroke in the right hemisphere of the brain.
