Excellent fins. As mentioned above, they are as hard as you can make them. Russian tank under the fins. I used and abused them on countless sailing and diving trips for three months. Mostly confined open water (pool) and about a dozen dives. I tend to have calf cramps and don't like scissor punches. I almost always do frog kicks. To avoid cramps and more efficiency. Frog kicks and slides are great for controlling air and preventing fatigue. That's where these fins come in. They are stiffer…
