The ability to have one place for all your sales data in real-time was very helpful as we were trying change over from an excel driven solution without any success at first try! It's easy to use and very user friendly. The program can be customized to fit your specific needs. The reporting functions are also amazing. They have so many different ways of customizing reports that it would take weeks just to look at all the options! The only thing I don't like about this software is the support. they do not have the best customer service in my opinion.
