Huge and missing latch, pegs too small for eyelets

This was a Christmas present. The idea is amazing! The first night we tried we had several heavy rains and very strong winds. Because of the strong wind, the eyelets fell off the posts. Perhaps a longer or curled end on the chain would have been better. When opening the "door" the bolt broke out of the rain cover. It wasn't from the wind. The raincoat stayed in place when the other boys' tents were blown away. Inside it stayed dry. I had enough space to put a chair and stuff in it. If it…

Great protection, for a hammock, floor or both.

I love this product. This is the only one I've found and it works very well. It's simple and light, although you may need to use a shorter hammock. My OneTigris Compound fits in perfectly. It is wide enough for 2 lightweight cots and accessories or for a hammock bed combo. I've used it in sub-zero temperatures, rain and even sleet. I made a few changes to mine (if you're a backpacker and don't have a sewing machine, consider investing). I put plastic clips on the doors, some zip ties and a…

One of my absolute favorite products! - Sad update.

This is an excellent rain fly. I've been resting in a hammock for over seven years and have used several different raincoats, but this one packs a punch. Since I received these, I've spent the night in the rain twice, and even the rain with the wind hasn't reached me. It also offers much more privacy when switching than other solutions. I had some concerns that the hanging loops or clasps would break, but looks like they will be fine. I recommend this as an inexpensive, highly effective…

Poor Camping and Hiking Materials

Here camper Avid Hammock was looking for a winter shelter that would keep out the wind. As hammock campers know, having only one tarp is a very cold experience changing in sub-zero temperatures. A real tent completely blocks the wind and is a turning point in winter. This suggests that this Oak Creek hideout showed promise with its doors and side drawers. Very similar to the old canvas Boy Scout group tents. It was possible to pour snow along the lower perimeter so that the wind would not blow,

Great concept but quality could be improved

I only rate products after I've used them in practice. In this case I can only give two stars while waiting for a response from the manufacturer. The concept is great, the technology is mediocre and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. After adjusting the width, the top loop started separating from the fabric and I immediately replaced the lines with reflective cords since I usually hang out with our locals. Scout Squad and I want to make sure the boys see my lines. But as other reviewers…
