The system is easy to install and looks great. The truck can be a bit noisy under light loads, but it's not noticeable on the freeway. Fuel economy increased from 0.75 to 1.5 mpg depending on the highway/city combination. At first the system triggered the check engine light, but the tuner fixed that.

The material is strong and well made, the box came with everything I needed to work and install. I was pretty straight forward, I put it on the hard drive after installing it and it sounds great, I definitely hear something different when I speed it up. I recommend!

Just installed AEM CAI on my 15th year with 2.7L Ecoboost. Took about an hour and I had no problems. As soon as I started my truck, I immediately heard a change in the tone of the exhaust. i can feel the difference My guess is that the truck wants to stay in a higher gear because of the slightly higher torque. I'm sure the power and torque gains are modest, but I like it.

Sounds great. Significantly louder turbo sound and some exhaust noise at lower speeds. I think my mileage has gone from 18.5 to 17.5. I did not expect this. Didn't notice any change in response. Very easy to install. You will likely need to add additional sealing tape as it will not fit the underside of the hood.

2016 F150 2.7 ecoboost;. Well made and kit. Follow the directions and it will fit perfectly. All parts are included. If you are removing the standard air hoses, remove these ribbed caps/plugs before installing new hoses. The only problem I had was getting the air sensor out of the standard tube. Very tight. Sprayed with WD-40, sprayed with tweezers and it worked. It took about 1 hour. Looks good without too much noise. A longer test drive is required.

There were no problems with the installation, it is recommended to read the instructions first. The only problem is the air gaps, which allow air to be sucked in from the engine compartment. Hood seal checked, 2 sides not touching. The gap is where the new air intake and box meet under the tubes and at the back where fingers slide into the box. Will post on the road after some time and find out how to fill in the gaps.

I originally gave this one star because the fit was very tight and my truck was performing horribly. Well that's me, I like messing around with things so I installed it back in my truck to make sure I don't mess anything up. I recommend installing in parts. This made it smoother and seemed to fit better that way. I found that the reason my truck was performing poorly was that the intake air sensor was not installed properly.
