Description of AFA Tooling - 4 Pack Wheel Chocks: Heavy Duty Nylon Rubber Wedges with Weighted Design, Tie Off Eyebolts - Ideal Chock Block for Camper, Trailer, RV, Truck, Car or ATV

DUAL WHEEL CHOCK SET: This 4-Pack of rugged wheel chocks let you quickly chock a full axle of tires - both front and back - to give you the peace of mind that your car, truck, trailer, ATV, or RV will stay where you parked it (whether trailered or on the ground). EYEBOLTS FOR EZ TIE OFF: Our secure eyebolts provide a way for you to pull out your wheel chocks as well as rope them together to create a double wide chock for extra large wheels. HEAVY DUTY RIBBED AND WEIGHTED DESIGN: The aggressive ribbed design and textured bottom surface grips quickly for maxiumum safety and security when lightweight plastic wheel chocks just wont do for heavy recreational equipment and construction vehicles. ALL-WEATHER NYLON REINFORCED RUBBER: Unlike cheap plastic or rubber wheel chocks that shatter, slip, rip, or crack, these wheel chocks are nylon reinforced and 2x stronger than regular rubber, giving you chocks that stand up to dirt, dust, salt, ice, mud, sun, sand, and heat. COMPACT YET EFFECTIVE: At only 8 x 5 inches you can store your Chock Blocks in the trunk, toolbox, or even behind the seat. Plus, the large 4 inch height stops the heaviest vehicle, RV or trailer from rollback (even on large truck tires), so you can confidently park on any downhill grade.

Good on gravel at Garage & Shop

I have several trailers in a gravel field with a small hill, they are heavy enough and have a large enough footprint to hold my trailers in place to keep.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Older model

They won't get crushed in the garage or shop

I use them on my RV and for general driveway repairs. I had yellow plastic scrap, but there is nothing to compare. I'm pretty sure this is the set I will ever buy.

Pros
  • They're fun
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Sturdy and keeps your car as intended

As a soldier who has worked with aircraft I know the value of a good pad. Your vehicle is where you want it to be. The price is worth it! necessary to ensure the safety of a vehicle such as a caravan, etc.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Lack of power

not very heavy - not always good

they could be a little heavier. They are hollow rubber. thick and strong but not very heavy and can slide on smooth surfaces like grass. I can modify them to fill voids with grit or sand.

Pros
  • FRAME BOLT FOR EZ BINDINGS: Our heavy duty eyebolts allow the chocks to be pulled out and tied with a rope to form a double wide chock for very large wheels.
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Immobilizers & Wheel Chocks

These wheel chocks hold a 4800 lb trailer on a slope very well. Robust enough for the intended use. I'm not sure what purpose the eyebolts serve. They are secured with a nut and washer and as the eyebolts go through the rubber they cannot be overtightened. The rest of the pads were fine.

Pros
  • ALL WEATHER NYLON REINFORCED RUBBER: Unlike cheap plastic or rubber chocks that will shatter, slip, tear or break, these wheel chocks are nylon reinforced and twice as strong as regular rubber, making them more durable. that resist dirt, dust, salt, ice, mud, sun, sand and heat.
Cons
  • Damaged

Sturdy and holds your vehicle as intended

As a soldier who has worked with aircraft, I know the value of good wedges. This kit is built to withstand heavy use, won't be crushed when rolled over and will keep your vehicle where you want it. The price is worth it! necessary to ensure the safety of a vehicle such as a caravan, etc.

Pros
  • COMPACT YET EFFICIENT: At just 8" x 5", you can stash your pads in your trunk, tool box, or even behind your seat. Plus, the large 4-inch headroom prevents the heaviest vehicle, RV, or trailer (even with big truck tires) from rolling back, so you can park safely on any incline.
Cons
  • Clarity

The widest available at a decent price. Check eyebolt for tightness

I needed the widest possible rubber pads at a reasonable price. They meet all requirements. Pros: - The widest rubber pads I could find for a reasonable price. - Includes installed eyebolts for attaching ropes. - The rubber is so malleable that I don't have to worry about it breaking when I give the pad a good kick to lock it under the tire. - It doesn't have as steep an angle as some of the other pads I've seen, so it goes well with my 235/75/R16 off-road trailer tires. - Due to the softer…

Pros
  • ROBUST RIBBED AND DANGEROUS DESIGN: Aggressive ribbed design and textured underside provide quick grip for maximum safety and reliability, while lightweight plastic wheel chocks simply aren't suited to heavy recreational and construction equipment.
Cons
  • Nothing
