Handles don't screw together. This is physically impossible due to the construction. Threads and grooves cannot teach each other in the tube. This was clearly brought back by someone else who couldn't glue the pieces together either. One end of the box was missing the factory seal and the inner bag containing the handles was torn. I shake my head as I send it back.

I can't even imagine how this can withstand pressure. It's terribly done. The first time I used it I dunked it in a bucket of soap, pushed the wiper forward towards my car and as soon as I pulled it back the extension from wiper to wiper broke immediately. The movement of the mop dropped the extension onto the surface of my car and scratched it deeper than I can polish. Look at the photos and you can see it was made to fall apart. I love this mop I've wiped all the walls, mini blinds over the doors and cracks in the doors and it didn't take long but with its reach I didn't have to climb stairs climb. I then used it to wash the pool railings again even when wet, very light, easy to handle, great product. I need this to reach the roof of my car. You actually get 2 tools: a soft mop that won't scratch your car and a window mop, so that's a bonus. It is easy to adjust the length of the handle and change tools. It's very durable, with a metal handle. You can remove the mop and throw it in the wash to keep it clean and I think this will last for many years.
