I like how easy it was for me as a user of this program to learn, use, train others who came into my office with no knowledge or experience using the system. The training materials are excellent and were very helpful when we started using the system! There wasn't much at first so it took some time but now there's tons of great features which makes our workflow easier and more accurate. It helps me manage my inventory for all of our products, which means I can ensure we have enough stock before orders come through at each location across multiple locations! This also allows us better visibility into how much product needs purchasing every month compared with using Excel sheets or paper printouts where there were many errors found throughout years past due dates (and no actual record!). Also would like more reporting options than just basic information - but it's not bad either
