Easy installation, great product. Well built

Very easy to install. Just a few tools. I have a 2016 Sierra. Use it to pull out a 20ft concession probe that is about 8000#. Need help with tongue weight. The trailer hasn't towed yet but has towed a case load and they have worked flawlessly. The only complaint is that the axles are very stiff in cold weather and the bags are harder to ride, even with the recommended 5#.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Difficult to say

They do what they say

I bought this in an open box. It came with everything that was lost from the bags, which is what I expected. Also to make sure all the gear was there and it was. I'm a mechanic so it was a good install, took about 1 hour to install (I have an elevator which cuts the time a lot). I tow a 29ft RV, they have changed a lot the way the truck tows, very satisfied. With no towing the truck drives fine, I keep about 1psi in them.

Ready to tow a trailer to Alaska

The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus air jack for my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 was easy to install and provided the suspension I needed to tow my trailer to Alaska transport. I drove the Alaska Highway over loose gravel, broken asphalt, and potholes with no problems. The extra load was barely noticeable as the airbags inflated to 35psi, keeping the truck and trailer level. It is recommended to install this product when towing a trailer.

Pros
  • Handy stuff
Cons
  • So far so good

There were no parts and an extra right bridge in the kit.

Kit arrived as expected. Brand new box, all parts were there at first glance. However, hoping to get the job done Friday night, I found that the 8 brackets to attach the brackets to the airbags were missing. Instead of waiting for parts I spent 2 hours looking for a replacement. Found on ACE hardware. Return home to complete the work. Attach the brkts and find out there were 2 right top brkts. Extremely poor quality control in the packaging. Revain will send a replacement, but with a longerโ€ฆ

Good quality!: shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Good quality and true to size. The 2016 Silverado is a little tight when installing the driver's side assembly. The instructions don't fully cover this, but figuring out how to route a threaded U-bolt is easy. Leave on for about 3 hours if you don't have a lift. A #10 metric socket is required to remove the stock bumper from the truck. I ran service lines (mine were stainless steel) to the license plate mounting points (see page 14 Fig. 28 C for installation instructions). If you use thisโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Not bad, but...

good product!: Replacement Parts

I totally agree with another reviewer Rick! The instructions were acceptable when installed for over 2 months, now they do exactly what they were designed to do! fits my 2008 Silverado 1500, added about 20 pounds each, no sagging or sagging on a semi trailer, no more bumps and bridges, if you tow you probably need it. and the kit, which is about $100 cheaper, doesn't have stainless steel if I knew I'd probably buy a cheaper version. I am satisfied with this product, I recommend it to everyoneโ€ฆ
