Fuel Injection Problem

The gasket itself is of good quality and easy to fit. However, if you're buying this for a WK Grand Cherokee (not sure about other Jeeps) you'll have to go back in history to find enough hardware to install it, which was a problem due to the wiring already installed. I had to drive to several stores in another car to find suitable screws. After installation I noticed a very small difference.

Pros
  • Fuel Injection System
Cons
  • No

Goes well with Dakota except screws

Goes well with my Dakota except for one small detail. The 3 bolts replacing the throttle body bolts were not long enough to reach the threads of my throttle body after the gasket was installed. I had to buy three 60mm screws from my local hardware store to complete the job. Luckily they had them, otherwise it would all have been for nothing. Now it works very well, sounds great and I feel a little more power from the pedal.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Just installed. An actual review follows.

Just installed this on my 2006 Jeep Liberty v6. Installation was very easy. It took me all of 20 minutes. At first I didn't feel any significant increase in power, but I was looking for more mileage, not power. It seems to have slightly more midrange power than before. The next check will follow a few tanks of gasoline.

Pros
  • Fuel System
Cons
  • Expensive

Hardware problems in the parts area

Dakota fits well except screws

Fits perfectly on my Dakota except for one small detail.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Almost everything is there
