Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Give the world a whistle

Do you want to whistle in traffic?! This is the spacer for you! Simplified installation instructions, fits perfectly with the BBK 75mm throttle body and convinces! The truck drives like it has something to prove.

Pros
  • a practical thing
Cons
  • vulgarity

Noticeable difference

Has a noticeable difference in throttle response and appears to have less horsepower. Had to make some adjustments to adjust the throttle cable, the picture in the manual was for a different intake than the one on mine, but no complaints overall.

Pros
  • Large range
Cons
  • Doubtful

LOW-END PERFORMANCE IS GREAT!

That's great response for your truck! If this is your first time clicking on it, it's HERE! No hesitation, not that there are many anyway, but definitely faster down below! I would suggest everyone get a car there! This is the second throttle body gasket I've installed on a car and it had about the same feel of difference! It's noticeable, don't know about HP/TQ, but BUTT DYNO tells me. MORE FORCE! :)

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Some quirks

Airaid Throttle Body Gasket for 2002 Ford F-150 XLT

AMAZING product. The package is very easy to install and comes with simple instructions that can also be consulted on the website. A pleasant whistle sounds when you press the gas pedal. Not 100% sure if fuel economy has increased but performance seems better. The next day I installed a K&N cold air intake and it sure had a little more power and you can still hear that whistling noise to this day.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • boring packaging

Overall ok, not impressed.

Bought for my 1997 Ford Expedition 5.4 liter engine and overall not impressed. No noticeable difference in acceleration (even at low torque). Makes a half hiss/hiss at 1/4 throttle, which sounds cool. Paired this with a cold K&N air intake and it was a pain in the rear to align later. After moving everything too far forward I had to remove the K&N entirely and make some adjustments so it doesn't rub on the fan shroud and match the metal box and rattle (which it still does since it's at an odd…

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Blunt fitment

Cool sound brah! for carburetor

Honest. It probably won't do much. It makes a cool turbo whistle that you hear through the air intake. Volume and pitch are controlled with the right foot. No noticeable noise during WOT. I like it but some people hate it. In terms of performance, I don't see how this could work given the complicated design of new car air intakes (sharp turns and bends), let alone expelling only a small amount of air when the throttle isn't fully open. goes through those ridges on the top and bottom of your…

  • sad packaging
