Great ropes for the money

The 4 person version has been in use for a few years now and hasn't given us any problems. We pulled another one and it's so easy to just leave the rope with them and these ropes are so cheap we decided to just buy another rope and go with the 6 person version. We also have a fallback in case someone breaks down or gets run over. Several weekends in use, but never more than 3 people. No questions.

Pros
  • Pulls 1 to 3 handles with ease
Cons
  • Useless features

Great rope but heavy.

This is a great strong rope, but it's heavy. It gets pulled in the wake and the snorkel/rider can't swing out as easily. It also continuously splashes water in the driver's face. Otherwise it turned out great and is of good quality. I've also pulled twin tubes and tail hooks. If you were to pull from a higher point on the boat it certainly wouldn't pull into the water as much.

Pros
  • Includes rope holder to prevent tangling
Cons
  • thin

First Boat Owner

This year we bought our first boat for the sole purpose of towing 3 children on various towed trailers. The rope is strong, very strong. And he swims! We bought it in early spring and used it for all reason (average 2 days a week with the kids). At the end of the season the rope looked very rough, sun/water damaged and a bit worn. I expected the rope to last for many reasons, but we already threw it away knowing we'd have to replace it in the spring.

Pros
  • Estimated Tensile Strength 3350 lbs
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
