Disappointing Performance from this Range Hood Filter

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I was expecting much better performance from this range hood filter. Though it's made of stainless steel, it's not easily cleanable and leaves a greasy residue which reduces its functionality over time. The only positive is that it comes in a convertible size which can fit most range hoods.

Noisy! But effective?

Looks good after professional installation but don't touch...fingerprints! It also sounds like a jet engine, taking off even on the lowest settings! Did I mention I was an F-16 aircraft maintenance technician in the past? So I know what "loud" is...

Excellent customer service and product

We are very happy with our hood. It had a few shipping dents when it arrived but we were able to work with the company and they sent us a replacement. We would definitely buy again if needed and appreciate the company worked with us to replace the damaged part.
