Akebono EUR781 Euro Premium Grey Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Kit, 8.9 Review

Bought front brake pads from Akebono for my E46. It is great! quiet, dust free, easy to install (they don't come with instructions so please know what you are doing) and much better and cheaper than OEM brakes. I would buy rear brake pads from Akebonos when it comes time to change them!

Suitable for my E85. They were so thick that it took me some extra effort to spread the calipers apart. They make no noticeable noise, have great pedal feel, hold up like a race car (with quality tires) and emit a tiny fraction of the dust that my stock pads spit out. I mounted them on the front wheels together with the new Centric 125.34029. rotors. couldn't be happier.

I installed these brake pads on my 2003 BMW 325i and they worked great. The standard BMW OEM brake pads have good stopping power, but I had to constantly clean the wheels. They've been on my car for a little over a year and they hold up and generate very little brake dust. I actually like their stopping power better than the original pads and the reduction in brake dust makes them a must have. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy new pads.

Akebono EU Brake Pads are a great alternative to EU Disc Brake Pads. Good wearing properties. Very little brake dust on the wheels, it's actually hard to see dust build up until you wash the wheels. Easy to install like OEM, so the procedure is the same. When installed correctly, they don't squeak or rattle, but they sit very firmly, dampen well and work stably. If you're the type that pushes your car a little more than most people, then these brake pads are for you.

They are quiet and have much less brake dust, the dust formation is hardly noticeable. Some users have reported that the brakes are less effective than stock. I also changed the brake lines to stainless steel when I installed these pads and I haven't noticed any reduction in brake feel. I installed these Akebono Euro Ultra Premium Pads on my BMW e46 3 Series. The OEM pads felt good, but generated too much dust and wore out too quickly. I read some good reviews elsewhere and gave these pads a try. I know I've ridden about 40,000 miles on these pads and they are great. They produce ZERO dust! My wheels stay silver. Fabulous!
