This LED strip has the best white brightness and vivid colors. Both white and colored LEDs can be controlled separately. A compatible controller is required for operation. Warning: This strip does not support addressable pixel function, all LEDs are the same color and brightness.

This led strip is one of the best I have ever used and I have used many of them. It's very bright and dynamic. Even though the R and G lines are swapped I still gave it 5 stars and it doesn't matter if you know about it. Customer service is very responsive and good.

I bought 2 of these and each had a different "temperature" of white. Both were pulled to the same spot with a cable about 1 foot long. I even soldered the connectors and read them with a multimeter. Only the second stripe was a different color. I took part of the second one to put it behind the TV and it's a different color on this controller too. My guess is that they sent one with bright white 6K LEDs and one with warm 3K or slightly lower.

First off they falsely claim there is 3M tape on the back - it isn't - it just says 'M' - the quality is nowhere near 3M - not even that does not stick to itself. The strip is custom sized and as such finding connectors for it is almost impossible - it's better to be able to solder if you need to cut and reuse the strip. It also doesn't fit most aluminum shells due to the finished look. Although with some persuasion and hot glue I was able to make this work, I won't be buying again for future…

Despite some poor product performance (Read reviews: unreasonable power consumption and poor grip due to 'M' brand tape), is this the light really great. I connected it to a UL listed 12V 10A power supply and recommended controllers. I compared this to another set of lights I bought and the difference between day and night. I love the colors and the amount of white light this baby gives off. But one of the SMD LEDs wasn't soldered properly, so a cluster of 3 RGB LEDs didn't light up. Right in the middle of the lane. bad! Luckily I have an inspection tube and SMT soldering equipment so I was able to re-solder the misplaced LED and the problem was fixed.
