Disappointed - Kettle

Very Disappointed! It's not just made in China. It is also not designed for induction cooktops. False advertising! Amazon requires you to perform product verification.

Pros
  • Trial Year
Cons

The handles melted instantly.

Nice bullshit. The plastic handles melted on the second use. Of course, there is no way to replace them or get new parts online. Whoever came up with this should be fired!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Hard to say

The question of quality is good for teapots

I liked the teapot the first 4-5 times when I used it, then the handle started to hang out a bit and on the stove it slid towards the side and melted. Seems to be poor design or at least poor quality for a $100+ kettle!

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Packaging is ugly

about materials and production area

Dear Sir or Madam, I received the package, read the instructions and saw the kettle, I can not find the origin (location of goods) Show the materials the kettle. Normally the materials and place of manufacture should be listed on the bottle but I don't see any.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Negative impression

Beautiful and practical

This kettle is induction powered and has a beautiful classic yet modern design. It has a relatively large built-in strainer with plenty of room for the leaves to move around while soaking, and a handy little handle for removing the strainer. It's a pleasure to use and easy to clean in the dishwasher for great results.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Durability

Beautiful, good quality and useful.

Nice design, high quality materials, heavier than expected due to the thickness of the base, therefore suitable for use on the hob or to warm up. As long as you read and follow the instructions in the brochure, you can look forward to many years of use. I like it, just wish it was cheaper but it's worth it. After brewing the morning tea, I enjoy a beautiful, high-quality and healthy product.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Modern

low quality; do not recommend

I was happy to buy this kettle because it looked good. This turned out to be a big disappointment.1. Thermoplastic resin is just a fancy way of saying plastic. Both the handle and the handle are made of plastic; They'll melt on the stove if you're not careful. I don't want to pay $200 for a "kettle" that I can't use on the stovetop. 2. The finish is nice but scratches easily3. The strainer openings are large and not suitable for most loose teas4. Made in China, expected more from Alessi.

Pros
  • best
Cons
  • worries me
