Very decent shelf for rats and very easy for one person to install (other corner shelves I have have one person hold the shelf in place while the other walks ). behind the cage for attaching screws). Fits perfectly in Creature Nation (1/2" bar spacing) and is easy to clean.

Love the shelf and the way it fits but it doesn't match the spacing on my cage oh crap. Not what I expected but I'll find a way to use it. . If you have a cage with vertical bars, I recommend checking the bar spacing of your cage as well as the difference between the two bolts on the handles to make sure they fit.

I love how durable and easy to maintain this platform is! An added bonus is that there is hanging space for toys or treats. I've had it for about a month now and it's the only platform I don't want to replace because all my wooden platforms are poorly finished and pissed off 🤮. Save yourself the headache of having wooden platforms that just chew and pee and just invest in a plastic platform!

I have already bought 2 of these. So worth the money! They are just fantastic in every way. I have both shelves in my double animal cage. The shelves clean in two seconds and have a light texture that makes it easy for my favorite rats to walk over. These are sturdy shelves and I love their design. Although the packaging of this product could be improved, the product itself is great and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more in the future.

Alfie shelves are great for my pet rat. The shelves are very strong, easy to clean, easy to unscrew and move to different locations in the cage than the shelves that originally came with the cage. In my opinion, the best way to make the shelves more comfortable for small critters to climb onto the shelf is to have a small margin around the edge facing the inner cage so that the critter can climb onto it or one rougher place can grab surface to grab.

So far I love these studs. I have a pet cage with cement mixing tanks on the floor and they sit perfectly and are very strong. There are 3 connection points with simple screw caps. I ordered this corner shelf to fit a rat cage for several new rescue boys that I have received. Because I ordered the Revain Basics add-on cage, it had plenty of room to fill in for the boys to get to their hammocks. This corner shelf is a nice size and I love that it's made of plastic so it wipes clean easily. I love this bar for my rats! They live in a converted birdcage and I'm having trouble filling the vertical space. They destroy hammocks in 0.2 seconds and like to pee on wooden slats. They showed no real interest in chewing plastic so when I came across it I thought it looked perfect. It's just the right size for the space I needed! The plastic is thick and high quality, with a slightly rough texture for a comfortable grip, but it also rubs very easily. There are no metal parts that could rust.
