Description of Alfie Pet Petoga Couture Recovery Cats good in Health Supplies

Fits neck girth 8" to 13.25" with the overall depth of 7". Great for both cats and dogs. Great for recovery from injuries, rashes and post surgery. The flexible collar won't knock things over or make noise when bumped against furniture and doorways. Unique collar drawstring enables the owner to tighten or loosen, as necessary. Pets rest more easily as the pliable fabric lets them lay their head comfortably in any position.

Comfortable but not durable

My golden retriever managed to poke a hole in the front of the cone while chewing on a nylon the first day he wore it. It's soft and comfortable, but unfortunately not durable enough for us.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Tradable

Nice collar but it shouldn't be packed flat!

This collar would be perfect if it weren't flat packed. Since the plastic stiffeners in it were bent, it took a lot of time and effort to bend it back into something resembling a cone. I ordered a small one for my chihuahua. It was perfect around her neck but I had to cut off a few inches so she could drink and eat with it. It was easy to do.

Pros
  • Simple design
Cons
  • Almost everything included

Alfie Pet by Petoga Couture - Soft Recovery Collar (for Dogs and Cats) with a Set of Quick Dry Microfiber Washcloths - Colour: Blue, Size: S Aloha! Every time the vet puts an e-collar (aka an Elizabethan collar or recovery cone) on my dog, it's one of those hard plastic collars that look painful to wear. I remember my childhood dog enduring painful e-collars throughout his life. Now that I'm older and wiser, I refuse to force my second dog to wear a hard plastic lampshade around his neck. So I…

Blue and cute.: Medical supplies

I like that it can be folded up a bit but that doesn't let her find a place to stay away. I feel like it allows airflow. I had the first one for two weeks, I felt like it was getting dirty on the outside so I got a second one. I also recommend keeping an eye on your fog as it will roll on the grass outside and move it backwards. Something like an upside down umbrella. After her surgery I used both together for more support. I think it's a good product but you still need to keep an eye on your…

It is also such good quality and can be hand washed

OM God! This is the BEST collar for my pup! Not only can he wear it as shown in the picture, but you can flip it around so it sits on his shoulders instead of around his head - this will do the same thing and prevent your dog from aggravating his healing leg . Doesn't seem to bother. dog from wearing it so often. It is also such a good quality and can be hand washed, very supple. Dressed up as in the photo my pup looks like a clown (VERY silly) and when carried (backside down) on his shoulders…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
